Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, lead security officers and supervisors, and ensure safety for people and properties. You will schedule using AI tech, manage teams, and coordinate with clients to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, incident handling, and maintaining high standards of security operations, with strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, including training, safety, and inventory management.
