Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, lead security officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service. You will guide, develop, and motivate your team to protect people and property, while coordinating with clients to ensure high-quality safety outcomes.

As a leader in security services, you will leverage technology to optimize schedules, manage payroll and performance, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be needed before employment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain a dynamic team while building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, including hiring, coaching, payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary client contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operations by overseeing training, safety, site standards, and inventory.
