Formación

• Must possess one of the following: a 4-year degree with 2+ years managing hourly employees or an equivalent combination.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure security protocols and standards are upheld; manage frontline supervisors and officers to meet client contractual hours
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; handle payroll and evaluations
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality security services
• Use BI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, reduce overtime, and improve profitability
