Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 3 years of security industry or business management experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including drug and background checks.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and provide direction on post orders and staffing.
• Coordinate scheduling, reporting, and client communications for assigned accounts.
• Assist in training security personnel and maintaining performance standards.
• Prepare payroll and personnel information; ensure adequate coverage and adherence to contracts.
• Liaise with client representatives to confirm security requirements and service quality.
