Qualifications

• Must hold a High School Diploma or GED and have 2 years of related security experience.
• Knowledge of security operations with emphasis on patrol, inspection and response.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Ability to maintain schedules and provide quality client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel as needed; document actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignments.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage across posts and positions.
• Prepare, file and submit required reports.
• Inspect posts and brief subordinates on tasks.
• Meet with client representatives to review security requirements and service quality.
• Carry out supervisory duties: hiring, training, directing, coaching, and disciplinary actions as applicable.
• May perform Security Officer duties per post orders and policy.
