Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Boston, MA to supervise shift personnel, coordinate staffing, and maintain high standards of client service and security.

This salaried role requires leadership across multiple accounts and adherence to post orders. The Operations Manager will liaise with client representatives, prepare staffing plans, and ensure efficient operations, including scheduling, incident reporting, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead direction at assigned Client site; ensure post orders are followed and tours completed.
• Counsel and discipline personnel as appropriate; document actions.
• Assist in training Security Officers and review post orders.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling; ensure adequate security coverage.
• Meet with Client representatives to ensure security requirements and service quality.
• Engage in project management as assigned by leadership.
• Work to reduce overtime and understand client contract and financial obligations.
