Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• At least two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a team with client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with web-based apps and Microsoft Office; strong multi-project management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; manage staffing, overtime, and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships; be the primary contact for service quality.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training and site standards, inventory.
