Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license or access to a vehicle.
• 2+ years in security management or operations.
• Ability to lead, develop, and retain teams.
• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with emergency prep and security protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication; multi-project management.
• Ability to control costs and reduce non-billed overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize overtime.
• Lead, coach, and supervise security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Improve client relationships as the main point of contact for service quality.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
