Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager in Savannah, GA to drive daily security operations, guide officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service for client sites. You will lead with purpose, develop teams, and maintain high standards of safety and reliability.

The role requires security management experience, ability to manage client relationships, and strong operational oversight. This is not a remote position and offers salary up to $109,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Ability to develop client relationships and lead security staff.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols; risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate with clients and teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
