Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager in Georgia to lead daily security operations, develop teams, and deliver exceptional service to clients. The role drives scheduling, client relations, and incident response with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Candidate must have extensive supervisory experience in security or fire services, Georgia certifications, and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers benefits and a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in fire safety or fire science engineering.
• Ten to fifteen years of supervisory experience.
• Current Georgia Firefighter Level II certification.
• Current Georgia EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-A, or Paramedic certification.
• Must have at least one of: former Fire Station Chief/Assistant Chief/Captain/Shift Lieutenant/Shift Sergeant.
• Two+ years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Knowledge of emergency management, emergency response, and Incident Command.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory.
