Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations duties at the assigned post. A comprehensive onboarding course is provided to equip you with best practices, tools, and guidance for success.

The role involves coordinating technical and managerial aspects of the security contract, supervising shift teams, and maintaining post orders. Relevant licenses and a successful background check are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid state Guard License and pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordination of all aspects of executing the security contract.
• Supervise, motivate, coach and train Security Professionals and evaluate performance.
• Maintain Post Order manual and training information; ensure post is clean and organized.
