Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support supervision, training, and operations at the assigned post. You will help implement post orders, coordinate tasks for Security Professionals, and ensure proper maintenance of documentation. The role involves interviewing candidates, on-the-job training, and reporting, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related field.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License and maintain it during employment.
• Background check and pre-employment drug testing required.
• Driving positions require valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to train and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordination of all security contract aspects.
• Supervise and motivate Security Professionals; evaluate performance and assign tasks.
• Maintain post orders, training materials, and site organization.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new staff.
• Prepare and distribute reports and communications to security personnel.
