Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations at the assigned post, following post orders and client instructions.

This role includes onboarding, coaching and evaluating Security Professionals, maintaining post orders and logs, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely reports while building positive client relationships. A comprehensive onboarding course is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level security experience preferred.
• Valid state Guard License or ability to obtain before employment; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with supervision and operations at the post.
• Direct Security Professionals and coordinate tasks throughout the day.
• Maintain post orders, logs, and communications for the security team.
• Assist with interviewing, on-the-job training, and post order reviews.
• Prepare reports and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support client relationships and ensure timely response to incidents.
