Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising and coordinating security operations at the assigned post. A comprehensive onboarding program is provided to ensure best practices and client alignment.

The role requires managing daily tasks, training staff, and maintaining site records, reports, and communications to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience; security industry experience preferred.
• Valid state Guard License required; background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of all aspects of executing the security contract at the site.
• Supervise and coach Security Professionals; monitor performance and training.
• Maintain Post Order manuals, training materials, and site cleanliness/organization.
