Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations functions at the assigned post, following client instructions and post orders. A week-long onboarding course provides best practices, tools and guidance.

Responsibilities include coordinating security professionals, supervising and coaching staff, maintaining post orders and reports, conducting interviews and training, and communicating with the client to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) – five (5) years of professional-level experience in security or related fields.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License prior to employment and maintain it while on duty.
• Driving positions require a valid license, clean driving record, and adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordination of all aspects of the security contract at the site.
• Supervise, motivate, coach and train Security Professionals; evaluate performance and assign tasks.
• Maintain post orders, routine information, and site cleanliness; update as needed.
