Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising security staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining post orders at the assigned location. You will train, coach, and evaluate security professionals while ensuring client needs and safety protocols are met.

The role involves reporting, shift coordination, incident response, and constant liaison with clients to uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience at middle-management level or higher.
• Strong communication and collaboration with airport stakeholders.
• ACE-Security certification or equivalent within 12 months of appointment.
• DCSM pre-approval required by State Contract Administrator.
• POS T training requirements including state and federal standards.
• CSS qualifications including commissioning as a Law Enforcement Officer where applicable.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 3–5 years of professional-level security/operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of executing the security contract at the site and direct staff.
• Supervise shift supervisors and security professionals; provide coaching and training.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and site information; ensure proper maintenance.
• Conduct interviews and onboarding with training coordination.
• Manage reports, logs, and communications within the Security Department.
• Oversee sub-units (fire control room, command center, loading docks) as applicable.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with proper reporting and escalation.
• Identify and address personnel issues; assist with disciplinary actions as directed.
• Maintain client relationships through regular site communication.
• Occasionally perform security duties up to 50% of time as needed.
