Job summary

United Security Inc. is seeking a highly motivated SOC Analyst to support our 24/7 command center in Red Bank, NJ. You will monitor live systems, respond to incidents, coordinate dispatch, and support field operations and leadership during high-impact events.

Requires 3–5+ years in security operations or dispatch, strong decision-making, and excellent written and verbal communication. On-site role with 2nd/3rd shift, weekends; starting pay $25/hour.

• Experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Shift flexibility including evenings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line operator and decision-maker in the SOC, monitoring live security systems and alerts.
• Identify, assess, and respond to incidents and emergencies; execute escalation procedures.
• Coordinate with field personnel, supervisors, and leadership; dispatch personnel and coverage.
• Track operations and produce alerts, summaries, and briefings for stakeholders.
