Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a SOC Operator to maintain a safe and secure environment through centralized monitoring and rapid coordination.

This role requires attention to detail and strong communication as you manage alarms, CCTV, and dispatch critical services in a fast-paced control-room setting. You will document incidents in real time, generate reports, and support investigations while focusing on client service and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to obtain within six months).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable communication and transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening (background check and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Monitor intrusion detection systems and other security technologies to identify and respond to threats.
• Listen to and manage law enforcement and security radio traffic while maintaining real-time awareness.
• Coordinate and dispatch appropriate emergency services or on-site personnel.
• Accurately log incidents, maintain detailed records, and prepare professional reports.
• Monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity and support investigations.
• Perform remote alarm panel programming and system troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide clear, professional communication to clients, employees, and emergency responders.
• Review events and assist with identifying trends or areas for improvement.
