Job summary

Intuitive Machines is seeking a Security Dispatcher to join the Palo Alto, CA Security Operations Center. This graveyard shift position (10pm–6am, Wed–Sun) supports the Security Manager and protects personnel, facilities and assets across the campus and remote buildings.

You will monitor access control, CCTV, alarms, and radios; respond to incidents; coordinate with patrol officers and contracted guards; and ensure DoD/NISPOM compliance while maintaining confidentiality and reporting thorough

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with eligibility and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
• High school diploma/GED, 1+ years of related security experience, preferably in a SOC Operator or Dispatcher role.
• Experience with mobile patrol operations and operating security vehicles with a clean DMV record.
• Knowledge of security technology systems (CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, radio comms).
• Knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and comms equipment; respond to incidents.
• Enforce security protocols and identify risks such as unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
• Conduct investigations of security incidents with documentation, reporting and escalation.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with DoD, NISPOM and other gov't regulations to protect information.
• Coordinate with Guard Force and external agencies; ensure policy enforcement and communication.
• Provide security briefings, training, and guidance to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage inbound communications and document shift activities.
• Assist with badges, mobile patrols, alarms, medical situations, and evacuations.
• Work with team in security/law enforcement environment; interface with employees, contractors, government officials, and service providers.
• Prepare report writing and security documentation.
