Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and review footage.
• Dispatch resources when issues are found via CCTV.
• Review video as requested.
• Record all calls for service with details in the dispatch system.
• Dispatch calls for service via radio.
• Maintain two-way radio communications and assist officers.
• Receive calls and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Calls/alarms may originate by telephone, radio, or automated systems.
• Observe CCTV monitors and intervene when needed.
• Monitor inbound communications and alarm systems (radio, phones, access control, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
