• Monitor and review CCTV; dispatch resources as needed.
• Record all calls for service with time, location, and details.
• Maintain two-way radio communications and respond to officer needs.
• Receive calls and dispatch appropriate personnel via radio.
• Monitor alarm systems and access control; respond to events.
• Other duties as assigned.
