Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading and developing a dynamic team while maintaining client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing, minimize unbilled overtime, and control inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, including hiring, coaching, payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for clients and delivering high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence by overseeing training, safety, and site standards, and managing inventory.
