Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring an Account Manager. You will lead daily security operations and guide a team of officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

The starting salary is $62,353.20 per year. The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, supervisory experience, and a proven ability to develop teams and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and retaining a dynamic team with strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency with web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.).
