Qualifications

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Reasonable accommodations may enable essential functions
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• SOC/GSOC experience preferred (1+ years)
• Related experience in crisis management, physical security or loss prevention
• Experience in alarm monitoring
• Working knowledge of mass notification tools
• Ability to analyze information under stress and maintain composure
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operations center
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred in Security-related field
• Prior camera/alarm integrator experience is a plus
• Tennessee Alarm Monitoring License or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras and alarms to identify threats and risks.
• Coordinate response to life safety incidents and dispatch personnel via multiple channels.
• Maintain records of communications and events.
• Document reported incidents and notify appropriate parties.
• Ensure CTC systems are functioning and report deficiencies.
• Coordinate on-site security personnel during incidents using surveillance tools.
• Monitor extreme weather and other conditions impacting safety.
• Collect real-time information during emergencies and alert relevant offices.
• Maintain daily logs and prepare required reports.
