You will lead monitoring, coordinate with security personnel, and ensure accurate incident documentation, reporting, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising security operators and coordinating with security personnel.
• Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and incident documentation.
• Ability to manage access control logs and visitor procedures.
• Proven leadership and training skills with shift coverage responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCTV monitoring in real time to identify suspicious activity and document incidents.
• Supervise and train security officers; ensure shift coverage and maintain operational standards.
• Manage access control logs, visitor logs, and key control for restricted areas.
• Prepare incident reports, conduct safety inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate operational status and post updates to management.
