The position focuses on staffing, training, and compliance, with responsibilities for scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining high performance standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operations: oversee training, safety, and site standards and manage inventory.
