Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide officers and supervisors, and ensure high-quality service for clients. The role emphasizes outcome-driven scheduling, team development, and strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

As the primary liaison, you will manage payroll, performance, and safety programs while coordinating with clients and internal teams to maintain safety, compliance, and operational excellence across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers to meet contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; supervise payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Maintain high-quality client service and protect people and property.
• Coordinate security incidents and emergencies with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory such as uniforms and equipment.
