Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a security leader to manage daily operations, guide officers, and ensure safety for staff and patients at our hospital campus. The role requires coordination with leadership to develop procedures and respond to security incidents across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary security training or related experience, strong conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary education in security, law enforcement, or criminal justice preferred.
• 3+ years customer service experience with conflict resolution daily.
• 2+ years direct patient contact in a Level I trauma center or ED.
• 1+ years law enforcement or military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security team in daily duties and coordinate safety initiatives for staff and patients.
• Communicate with leadership on development of officers and processes.
