Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; relevant security/leadership experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Determines staffing needs for shifts and ensures team readiness.
• Directs Officers during emergencies and critical incidents.
• Coordinates responses with physicians, nursing leadership, and law enforcement.
• Coaches, mentors and conducts performance reviews; manages attendance and timekeeping.
