North Memorial Health is seeking a Security Officer to proactively maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff at our Robbinsdale/Maple Grove locations. The role may serve as Senior Officer in charge and requires excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED, with post-secondary study in security or criminal justice preferred. Experience in trauma-center settings and law enforcement/military backgrounds are valued.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years customer service with daily conflict resolution
• 2+ years direct patient contact in Level I trauma center ED
• 2+ years deescalating conflict
• 1+ years law enforcement or military experience preferred
