Qualifications

• Bachelor-level leadership experience preferred in a healthcare setting

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clinical staff and departments

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs daily activities of Security Officers and Lead Officers to ensure safe, efficient, and professional operations.
• Coordinates shift operations, including staffing assignments and real-time adjustments to meet operational needs.
• Responds to and directs handling routine, urgent, and emergency incidents, ensuring appropriate actions and escalation.
• Ensures timely, accurate, and complete documentation of incidents, reports, and operational logs.
• Monitors staff performance and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; provides day-to-day coaching and documentation.
• Maintains appropriate staffing coverage by managing attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping within the scope of their shift.
