Job summary

Children's Minnesota seeks a Security Lead to oversee security staff and daily operations across campus. You will promote a safe environment for patients, visitors and employees, while coordinating responses to emergencies and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Law Enforcement or related field preferred.
• Experience in security/public safety encouraged and valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security staff and daily operations to maintain safety.
• Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors and employees.
• Prepare verbal and written incident reports and maintain records.
• Complete required training on use of force, BLS/AED within set timelines.
