North Memorial Health is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The role supports emergency and routine operations on-site across our Robbinsdale/Maple Grove locations.

The position requires a high school diploma, security-related education, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in trauma centers and healthcare settings is valued. Employment offers福利 and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education in security, law enforcement, or criminal justice preferred.
• 3+ years providing direct customer service with daily conflict resolution.
• 2+ years direct patient contact in a level I trauma center or emergency department preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide a safe and secure environment for customers, visitors, team members and medical staff.
• May act as Senior Officer in charge when needed.
• Assist in deescalating conflicts using professional de-escalation techniques.
