Allied Universal in Framingham, MA is seeking a Part-Time Dispatch Officer to coordinate security operations at a retail location. You will monitor alarms, dispatch security personnel, document incidents, and provide prompt, courteous service to staff and visitors.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a per-hour pay rate of $23.31, and opportunities to learn our Claim a Shift platform while building experience in access control, incident response, and customer service.

Formación

• Access control and badge experience preferred.

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other site systems and report unusual activity or equipment concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to retail location personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the dispatch of security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations while maintaining accurate activity logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other site systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
