What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications, dispatching security-related personnel and/or appropriate responders according to established procedures.
• Document incidents, service requests, and dispatch activity accurately; maintain clear communication with site personnel and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through designated channels as needed.
• Monitor access points, cameras, and other assigned systems to help support orderly operations at the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
