Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Radio Dispatch in Framingham, MA, with a fixed anchor shift for reliable hours and an option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

The role offers a pay rate of $23.31 per hour and a schedule that includes overnight shifts. You’ll be part of a team delivering security services at a retail location, with training and growth opportunities as part of a national leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and other security-related concerns to appropriate personnel using established communication protocols.
• Monitor radio traffic, telephone communications, and relevant systems; maintain logs of incidents, dispatch activity, and shift communications.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalate to site leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns; environments may vary by client site.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Radio Dispatch in Framingham, MA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $23.31 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
