• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate notifications and support as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols around the location to identify and report security concerns.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service to appropriate personnel, maintaining clear communication with site contacts and responding officers.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, and other dispatch systems; document incidents, requests, and follow-up actions in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and support as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and perimeter, as assigned, to help identify and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
