Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to healthcare location staff, visitors, patients, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch security personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations calmly.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and other security-related technology, reporting unusual activity and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support healthcare operations by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership during routine activities and emergencies.

• Mon: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Tue: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Wed: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Sat: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Sun: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to healthcare location staff, visitors, patients, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications, documenting relevant details and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and other security-related technology, reporting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support healthcare operations by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership during routine activities and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
