Securitas Technology in Miramar, FL, is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage electronic security installation projects from order visibility to closure and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years in scheduling or project coordination, proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint, and strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Working knowledge of installation processes and the overall order-to-cash process.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; basic database management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules with District Installation Manager and Project Managers.
• Drive installation process from order to close, ensuring on-time deliverables.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, track arrivals/departures to client sites.
• Maintain installation folders and update inventory counts weekly.
• Submit subcontractor POs for approval and assist Accounts Payable.
