Job summary

Securitas Technology in Houston seeks a Senior Installation Scheduler to coordinate and manage fast turn electronic security installation projects from booking through completion. You will interface with customers and technicians to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining project backlog, forecasting revenue, and aligning PSD/CCD with DGM and PM teams. Strong Excel/PM system experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years in scheduling, operations support or project coordination.
• Understanding of installation processes and order-to-cash workflow.
• Strong communication and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation technicians and subcontractors to meet customer dates.
• Maintain backlog and forecast revenue for active projects.
• Coordinate with DGM and program management to align PSD/CCD.
• Track subcontractor progress and manage changes to project scope.
