Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a Senior Installation Scheduler to coordinate and manage fast turn security installation projects from booking through completion. You will interface with customers, internal technicians, and subcontractors to meet installation schedules, driving customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The role requires maintaining schedules, coordinating PSD and CCDs, and managing supplier relationships while reporting to the District General Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast paced working environment
• Requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other computer systems, as well as database management and project management system input and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians and Sub Contractors to meet customer completion dates.
• Manage backlog and forecast revenue for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with District General Manager and field leadership to drive on-time installation delivery.
• Maintain installation schedule and ensure accurate PSD (Projected Start Dates) and CCDs (Customer Completion Dates).
• Submit and track subcontractor POs and maintain documentation in Solomon/Atlas.
