Qualifications

• Experience as Installation Coordinator or Project Coordinator.
• Experience in security integration industry (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, electronic security).
• Knowledge of local permitting requirements and codes.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Experience managing purchase orders and material procurement.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate installation backlog and projects
• Schedule installations with customers and technicians
• Coordinate technician schedules and project timelines
• Order and track materials and parts required for installation projects
• Create, process, and manage purchase orders (POs)
• Support the Installation Manager with day-to-day operational activities
• Monitor project status and ensure deadlines are met
• Follow up promptly on customer, vendor, and internal emails
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Assist with customer service inquiries and provide project updates
• Support billing, accounts receivable, and administrative functions as needed
• Work closely with technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure projects comply with applicable local permitting requirements and regulations
