Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in scheduling/coordination.
• Understanding of installation processes and order-to-cash concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet customer dates.
• Drive installation process from order to closure.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and District Install Manager.
• Review new orders for contact info and scope.
• Maintain electronic folders and update inventory weekly.
• Submit subcontractor POs and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Manage PSD updates and project scope changes.
• Track equipment and process RMAs and vendor invoices.
• Maintain schedules in Solomon/Atlas.
• Assist with follow-up with labor via phone/email.
• Receive shipments via UPS/FedEx and manage supplies.
