Job summary

Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management and Installation teams as the single point of contact for administrative activities and liaison with project managers.

The role focuses on contract review, procurement, documentation, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors, with a strong emphasis on organization and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to function as a liaison between Installation Technicians, Project Managers, Client Services, and leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Technical and analytical skills; ability to learn new programs, systems, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and process contracts in CRM system; identify incomplete packages and inform Project Manager.
• Issue and receive purchase orders and solicit proposals to sub-contractors.
• Maintain contact information and docs for technicians and sub-contractors; track performance and productivity.
