Responsibilities

• Maintain professional demeanor with customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain visible presence in the facility.
• Monitor environment for suspicious or unsafe activity.
• Greet customers and assist guests in a courteous manner.
• Answer phones professionally and manage entrances/exits.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activities.
• Perform required patrols and enforce facility policies.
