Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Security Officer for ParkX Management to ensure the facility operates safely, cleanly, and provides a positive experience for residents, tenants, and guests. You will perform hourly patrols, manage access, and enforce rules while coordinating with management.

The role requires Virginia security certification, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused, proactive attitude to handle after-hours needs and events at Reston and Loudoun Station.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Virginia Security Officer certification required.
• Minimum 1 year customer-service experience.
• Valid driver’s license without major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrols of the property.
• Control access for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Ensure no property is damaged and report concerns to management.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around buildings.
• Assist marketing during events and manage plaza traffic.
