Job summary

Comstock is hiring a Security Officer for ParkX Management in Reston. You will perform hourly patrols, manage access for guests and vendors, and ensure safety and cleanliness for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, coordinating with management, and supporting events at Reston and nearby properties. Requires a DCJS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• DCJS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 1+ year customer-service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly patrols of the property using the security system.
• Control access for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Report any property damage or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain plaza kiosks and enforce no-dogs policy.
• Assist events and manage plaza traffic as needed.
