Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Security Officer for ParkX Management in Reston/Loudoun Station. You will perform hourly patrols, control access for guests, tenants and vendors, and help ensure the safety, cleanliness and overall positive experience for residents and visitors.

The role requires a Virginia security officer certification, a high school diploma, and at least one year in a customer-service setting. Strong communication, integrity and the ability to work after hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be certified security officer by the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer-service related field.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrols of the property using the security system.
• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Ensure no property damage occurs.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the buildings.
• Assist management and report safety concerns.
• Issue banning notices to rule violators and maintain records.
