Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts by supervising Security Professionals on-site and ensuring site coverage at all times. The Field Supervisor works closely with Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis to supervise remote service delivery.

Responsibilities include visiting posts regularly, on-the-job training, handling call-offs, addressing payroll or employee relations issues, distributing information, and responding to client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and clean driving record criteria.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post updates.
• Respond to call-offs and assist Scheduler with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel problems and forward to management; may assist with investigations.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction from HR management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with Operations/Branch Manager.
