Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee Security Professionals on client sites, ensuring continuous coverage and high service standards. The role involves on-site supervision, coaching, and coordinating with Operations Managers to maintain operations for remotely managed accounts.

The Field Supervisor will perform post inspections, supervise staff, and respond to emergencies while upholding company policies and safety standards across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of professional-level security experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with 1 year driving experience and clean record.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day/night site visits to supervise Security Professionals.
• Address after-hours and cold-start coverage issues at customer sites.
• Coach, counsel, train, and manage SP relationships with Operations Managers.
• Supervise remote service delivery for remotely managed accounts.
• Visit assigned posts regularly to monitor performance and update post information.
• Train new employees on post operations and post orders.
